Motivation Monday

Today is a great Monday, right? I hope so lol. I have been doing great with my weight loss journey. I have not loss any weight within a week lol, but I am making progress. I have been eating less and doing at home workout. I try to work out from 10-20 minutes daily. I need to increase it to an hour a day. My goal with the next week or so is to join a gym, so that I can get some MOTIVATION! I truly need it. I know it will be hard to drop 20 pounds, but I plan to make it work. Meal prepping and light work out will be my best friend for my weight loss journey. Please stay tune for my next Motivation Monday!!!! Hopefully inches will drop and pounds will shed.
