Motivation Monday


I am motivated more and more to shed my pounds before my birthday. I am not setting a weight goal but a health goal. I love waking up in the morning working out, feeling the sun on my skin, as I do my warm ups. I love feeling the wind dry the sweat off, while I push my self to do 5 more push ups! Spring weather is really motivating me to transform into something better. I really want to be better!! I hope after shedding these pounds I will continue to work out…. Well I know I will continue to work out because it feels so good! I can say I am truly happy and energized. My weekly work out schedule is Monday, Thursday, Saturday! I will post my work out routine in my next post for those who want to join me. It is never to late to get in shape. So glad I am making the change now!!β€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸΎ
