Want to start drinking more water??? I hear a lot people saying “water is nasty and I don’t like drinking water”. Every time someone says this I’m so confused bc I drink water all day and I love it! So they must be crazy..right? lol
I Never taste nasty water lol!! Well I can name a few brands with an acquiring taste 🤢
I have 3 tips to get in the habit of drinking water, whether you like it or not!
1. Drink water with lemon or a tablespoon of lemon juice

2. Add mint or cucumber

3. Drink a bottle of water with every meal ( that’s 3 bottles a day)!

If you are someone who doesn’t like water, find tricks to help you drink it more! Trick your mind to he’s your body!💋
