1 cup dried Black Beans
1 cup Corn
Salsa
2 table spoons Taco Seasoning
Vegan Cheese (optional)

Direction: To start soak black beans over night
once they expand, cook about 30-45 minutes until soften, with taco seasoning.
To create a burrito bowl, you first have to layer the black beans at the bottom, next layer with corn, salsa and vegan cheese on top.
Serving: 2
Serve with Tortillas chips
Optional: Top with salsa, guacamole, and vegan sour cream
